Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2026

CloudCostTree Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through our payment provider, Paddle. This page explains how cancellation and refunds work.

1. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, in either of two ways:

2. What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops future billing — you will not be charged again. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; it does not end immediately. After that date, the Software automatically falls back to the Free plan the next time it checks your license (typically within a few days), with no action required from you. No data or local files are deleted when this happens.

3. Refunds

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

To request a refund, email marianopicco83@gmail.com or contact Paddle support directly, since Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically visible within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Renewal failures

If a renewal payment fails (e.g. an expired card), Paddle will attempt to retry it and email you to update your payment details. If payment isn't resolved after Paddle's retry window, your subscription is cancelled and access reverts to Free — you won't be charged further.
